PURCHASE ORDER MANAGING FOR YOUR PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT
We offer our PO managing service in which will help us be able to plan
and start preparing your shipment from the moment you place your order
with your vendor ( shipper).
It is a very simple process in which we start processing your future shipment by receiving a copy of the purchase order by e-mail (or establishing an EDI connection to your system). As soon as it is sent to your vendor, we can update the information of this future shipment in our system, and our office in the country of origin will receive detailed information
of the recently placed Purchase Order, and then will confirm with the vendor (shipper)
that has received your PO, and then reconfirm the: PO number, date received, commodity description, value, expected delivery date, number of pieces, etc. And track it accordingly.
Our office at origin will monitor with the vendor (shipper) on the expected delivery date, and advise in case of any information or sign of possible delay on the expected date for cargo readiness. This enables us to react timely for changing shipping instructions in these cases.
As the cargo is ready for pick up our operations teams plan and confirm availability for equipment needed, confirm the route, truck/flight/vessel planning and booking, confirm documentation instructions, and handling for customs proper clearing at customs point at destination.
We generate reports by P.O., so it includes status reports for all shipments and orders not yet ready for shipment. This allows a wider vision of all orders and materials on transit.
Also this process allows for shipments to actually depart on the very next possible carrier vessel, airline or truck), and decreases transit time by route planning and clearing time at borders.
